Seth Parshall, our founder and Chief Piano Technician began working on pianos over 20 years ago. He completed a multi-year apprenticeship, received his conservatory training (CCM and CCPA), represented Steinway & Sons for five years in sales before moving into technical service. In addition to full-time piano service, he is a Music Director within the United Methodist Church and is faculty in the Music Department at Wilmington College. While servicing instruments used for worship is his passion, he has prepared pianos for Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Fusion Ensemble,  touring artists in every genre from Allesio Bax to Kanye West and Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass.
